There are approximately 600 serviced suites owned by individual owners in Times Square. Basically there are 5 different types of layout that are available. Some of the owners stay on their own and some of them rent out their serviced suites. There are even owners who would like to sell their units and invest in other area after the appreciation of the property. The layouts of the serviced residents are as follow:

This is the only full glass window unit where you can see wider view from the unit.
